TERMS: All orders must be paid in full before orders are processed and delivered .
PAYMENTS: We accept Credit Cards and Postal Money Order.

SHIPPING: Free Shipping offers are limited to Ground Shipping Only within the Continental UNITED STATES . If you place your order as a 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air order, or if you order is shipping out of the lower 48 States, you will have to contact us by email for a shipping quote before the order is placed . The additional shipping charges will apply and will be manually added to the total of your order.
Normally we ship your order 3 to 5 after the funds have cleared or posted to our account. Depending on certain times of the year some products might be on back order for an short period of time.
All orders are shipped to the billing address on your credit card unless otherwise noted in checkout. Orders placed after hours will be processed on the next business day. In the event an item(s) are not available, a Camo Express representative will contact you with a notification of approximately when your item(s) will be shipped.
We make every effort to ensure that you will receive your package in a timely manner. Camo Express accepts no responsibility in the case of undeliverable packages due to incorrect or improperly submitted address information.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS : No International orders . Except for Canada.. Canadian customer will have to contact us by email for a shipping quote before the order is placed . Shipping to Canada is not free. Canadian shipments fall under these same Terms and Conditions, the only difference, is the shipping agreement. Canadian customers must agree to the quoted shipping costs from a representative of Camo Express (via email). CANADA ORDERS: Canadian orders will have the appropriate shipping costs manually added to their total purchase price.
RETURNS: Sorry, no cash Refunds, Exchanges Only , If you have received an item proven to be defective, we reserve the right to decide to replace, refund or repair depending on original manufactures warranty.
Return costs are the responsibilities of the purchaser and set by the manufacture, not Camo Express. The purchaser assumes the cost of any returns and re-shipments. Returns must be shipped by UPS or USPS Insured Priority Mail. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. All shipping and handling fees will not be returned in any case!
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE, plus the cost of the return shipping.
If you have a return you must get a Return Authorization Number before the item can be returned. Any returned package without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. CLAIMS: If an item arrives damaged from shipment, you must contact or inform the shipping carrier immediately and report the damaged package. This is YOUR responsibility! If you suspect fowl play with your package, please do not open or accept it unless you inspect the shipment in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damages or shortages must be reported to the carrier immediately and to us within 24 Hours or customer assumes full responsibility for damage and or lost.
Each Camo Clad vinyl product carries its own guarantee as provided by the manufacture, we do not specifically guarantee, nor expressly offer, any such guarantee on products that we sale.
LIABILITY: Ark-La-Tex Mini Trucks and Camo Express accepts no responsibility for s, injuries or damage incurred as a result of possession or use of any merchandise or equipment received from Camo Express for any reason including but not limited to: improper use, defect in design or production, improper or incorrect assembly, damage from shipment or handling. The buyer and/or user further agrees to hold harmless any and all employees, representatives and assets of Ark-La-Tex Mini Trucks or Camo Express
